Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha is a mixed level, slow flow class that integrates the fundamentals of yoga.  This uplifting practice purifies the mind, body, and spirit using classic yoga postures, pranayama (cleansing and centring breath exercises) and meditation.  Gentle Hatha blends effective technique with energizing sequences for a deeply flowing joyful experience that includes adaptations when needed to increase mobility, reduces stress, and strengthen the body and mind.  Through this form of yoga, you can learn to connect with the inner essence of your being as you shift into an elevated sense of self awareness.
